Chart Templates dialog contains a set of existing templates and provides functionality for their management.
Take a snapshot of current WinTrend configuration and build new named template.
Remove selected template from the list.
Apply selected template to current chart.
Rename selected template.
Import new template from *.tpl file (previously it should be exported to file from another/or same application).
Export selected template to file (in this way the user can save current template and send it to colleague or use it as current settings backup).
